    • Homeless (living on the street, shelter, couch-surfing, other temporary housing) (catchment area does not apply)
    • People with mental health issues
    • People with substance use issues
    • Low-income people
    • Street-involved youth
  • Proof of residency in catchment area
    • Driver’s license, utility bill, etc.
  • Immigration status
    • If applicable, clients may be requested to bring documents related to their immigration status
  • OHIP card
    • Not applicable for non-insured clients or clients who aren’t eligible for OHIP, or clients with other province coverage
  • Exclusions
    • Clients who are in Canada on a visitor visa, student visa and work permit are not eligible for services
